Sugar Shots! policy is that;
Post- All items will be sent out by registered post, unless express post is specifically requested. To request express postage is to acknowledge that express post isn't secure, isn't trackable and isn't insurable- losses DO happen, and Sugar Shots! will not be held responsible for any potential losses at the hands of postal services. Hence why Sugar Shots! prefers to send by registered post.
Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be issued for poor choices made by purchaser. Nappies to be returned and refunded, must be in pristine condition. To ensure this, try nappies on a clean child, with a nappy liner or such between child and cloth. Refunds WILL NOT be issued after the intial two week post-sale period. Please use the 'Contact Us' form located to the left in the menu, to notify Sugar Shots! of intention to refund and return.
Sugar Shots! will not be held responsible for any damages or health problems that may arise from Sugar Shots! products and resold items.
Repairs- Sugar Shots! products are made with the utmost care, however, manufacturing errors do happen. Thusly, any repairs will be done free of charge within the first 3 months following purchase. This is assuming that the repairs needing to be done are only those of manufacturing- Sugar Shots! will not be held responsible for ill cared for nappies, rips, tears, stains, etc. Please keep a note of your order number.
Postage to Sugar Shots! is to be covered by the purchaser, and Sugar Shots! shall cover postage back to the owner (within the initial 3 months post-purchase period. Three months or more post sale, postage will be required to be covered by the purchaser). If in the case that repairs are not possible, I (Sugar Shots!) will get in touch with you and other arrangements shall be made -- be it a similar replacement, or a possible refund. This is at my (Sugar Shots!) discretion.
Second Hand nappies, those traded or similar have no warranty, and Sugar Shots! offers no guarantee of workmanship. Please do contact Sugar Shots! with concerns, but there is *absolutely no guarantee* that repairs or replacements will be carried out.
General wear and tear is not covered by any warranty/etc.
In the case of overselling (as can happen), the first received purchase (within the MiniCuteture/Sugar Shots! administration console) will be considered as the owner. At Sugar Shots! discretion, similar items may be offered to customers who purchased an oversold item.
WAHM. Sugar Shots! is essentially a one woman army. At times there may be other helpers. But 99% of the time, it is me, myself and I. This of course, brings into play general, unavoidable delays brought on by being a parent. If the potential of an unforeseen delay is troubling to you, then I would suggest shopping with a larger MCN retailer. Bubblebubs, and Itti Bitti would be fantastic starting points. But even so, they are also staffed by parents.
Delays happen, but they are never intentional.
